Combining existing technology into an automated production line, Productive Systems have effectively decreased double handling to a minimum and reduced warehouse requirements drastically by designing a fully automated drum printing and curing production line.

  • Automatic identification of which drum needs to be printed on which printer if running two 1 color jobs.
  • Print set-up and testing before curing drums is possible.
  • Different size drums can be printed simultaneously on the line.
  • Drum inflation by air during printing process is also available.
  • Automatic orientation of drums in printers.
  • Automatic rotation of drums in flamer & UV ovens.
