FULLY AUTOMATIC STRETCH WRAPPER
The Productive Systems Fully Automatic Rotational Stretch Wrapping Unit has been designed and manufactured especially for
heavy or unstable pallet loads, i.e. Empty plastic bottles, glass bottles, carton boxes, etc.
Strong and robust the Wrapping Unit consists of the following:
- Wrapping head rotates around stationary load
- Product Stabilising Cylinder
- Motor Driven Wrapping Head Pre-stretch Film
- Automatically senses height of pallet
- Adjustable Pre-stretch of Wrapping Film
- Interfacing with optional pallet conveyors
- Safety Barriers for protection of personnel and product
- Automatic warning for film break and film roll empty
- Wrapper can function automatically because of Film Clamp Mechanism
- Cut Off and weld system
- Simplified and advance operator control
Most functions of the wrapper are in sequence and are fully automatic. An operator is only required to change
the roll of film or attend to a problem when the warning signal is on.
A stabilising pressure unit firmly holds the pallet and its contents throughout the process.
A cut off and weld system with a clamp unit finishes away the process before the pallet leaves the station.
Operators Control
For the setup functions and messages to the operator an interface unit has been incorporated on the control cabinet door together with Stop / Start and Reset push buttons.
The Stretch Wrapper head is reversible and therefore is suitable for use with inner and outer adhesive film.
